Journey:

Jenelle Girard, L.Ac., is a nationally certified and state-licensed acupuncturist who brings over a decade of hands-on clinical experience to Point Prescription.

She earned her Master of Science in Traditional Chinese Medicine from Yo San University in Los Angeles in 2010, after completing more than 3,000 hours of study and clinical training. During her time there, she completed externships at Being Alive (an HIV outreach clinic), the Venice Family Pain Clinic (one of the nation’s largest free chronic pain clinics), and several high-volume community acupuncture settings.

After practicing for several years in California, Jenelle moved to Nashville in 2013, where she spent over 8 years treating thousands of patients at Encircle Acupuncture—one of the busiest community clinics in the country. Now based in Denver, she brings that same experience and grounded presence to Point Prescription, where she continues supporting patients on their healing paths.

Jenelle’s treatments are intuitive, focused, and deeply informed by years of clinical experience. She brings a calm, clear energy to her work—helping patients feel safe, seen, and deeply cared for. She supports a wide range of concerns including autoimmune conditions, hormonal and menstrual health, chronic pain, stress, allergies, and digestive issues. Her specialties also include nervous system regulation and emotional wellness.

Outside the clinic, Jenelle loves spending time with her daughter and exploring all the beauty Colorado has to offer. She’s usually up for a trail adventure, a cozy creative project, or a good conversation over tea.
